Perhaps one of our most time-consuming but, therefore, interesting cases. Go Ahead was seeking a modern employee on a hybrid schedule, dealing with both traditional currency and cryptocurrency. We began working on the vacancy simultaneously with Go Ahead — they had been conducting the search for quite some time, involving four selection stages. After a month and a half, the client revised and changed the requirements for the candidate, resetting the search process. In the course of working on the main vacancy, we also closed another open position in the agency: "Financial Manager for working with counterparties." Within a month, we found the candidate who brilliantly passed all interviews and testing, and finally joined the ranks of Go Ahead.
